Add water to Royal Prestige® ExperTea. Cover with valve open. Turn heat to medium high. Wait until valve whistles.
Place ingredients for syrup in the ½ qt warmer. Heat over medium high until it boils, whisking constantly. Quickly lower heat to medium. Reduce syrup for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Add milk to the 1 qt warmer. Heat over medium low, whisking until milk is frothy. Turn off heat. Open serving spout. In cup, pour brown sugar syrup to taste. Add tea and milk to taste. Stir and serve.
