Mexican-Style Hot Chocolate

Try this delicious, traditional recipe for Mexican-style hot chocolate.

Ingredients For This Recipe

5 cups 1% milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablet Nestlé^® ABUELITA™ Authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate Drink, cut in small pieces

Whisk

Preparation

In the Chocolatera, combine milk and cream. Heat at medium high temperature for 6-7 minutes before allowing to boil.
Add the chocolate tablet. Whisk mixture until chocolate dissolves.
Properly place the cone system on the Chocolatera. Bring chocolate mixture to a boil.
Enjoy hot!
