INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE:
Place all the ingredients in the Chocolatera except the garnish.
Cook on medium heat and mix using the whisk until the chocolate has melted. (Chef Note: Takes about 3 minutes.)
Place the Volcano on top, turn the heat up to medium-high and bring to a boil. (Chef Note: Takes about 8 minutes to bring to a boil.)
Once the hot chocolate overflows over the Volcano turn off the heat.
Carefully remove the Volcano, serve, and Garnish with Mini Marshmallows, Freeze Dried Strawberries and Strawberries to taste.
