INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE:

6 cups white rice, previously cooked
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup coconut milk
3 cups skim milk

2 cinammon sticks
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup brown sugar
Ground cinnamon to taste

Preparation

1.
In the 6‐quart Dutch Oven, add all ingredients.
2.
Cook at medium‐high heat for 10 minutes; stir frequently with the Whisk.
3.
Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.
