INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE:

2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
2/3 cups sugar

Vanilla extract
Lemon zest
1 tsp salt

Preparation

1.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
2.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk and vanilla extract with the whisk. Add dry ingredients and beat until well incorporated.
3.
Apply a light coat of cooking spray to the surface of a 10.5” Innove Skillet. Add the dough. Cover with Redi-Temp® valve closed. Cook over low heat on stove for 20 minutes.
4.
Poke the center of the cake with a knife to make sure it is fully baked.
