  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds (soaked in ½ cup warm water, let it thicken up)
  • 2 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Sugar (or your choice of alternative sugar)
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Coffee (hot)
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Baking Oil Spray
  •  

  • Whipped Cream:
  • 4 cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • Garnish:
  • Strawberries (cut in half, to taste)
  • Blueberries (to taste)
  • Black Raspberries (to taste)
  • Red Raspberries (to taste)
  • Or your Choice of Fruit
  • Edible Flowers (optional)
  • Agave Syrup (to taste, to coat the fruit for shine)
